Pam was a four year starter for the Rangers and was one of the most sure gloved infielders in program history, despite an injury cutting of the first joint of her index and middle finger on her throwing hand. Hosp spent three years as a starter at shortstop for the Rangers and one at second base. She was a three-time NAIA All-District player, earning honors for her performances in the 1987, 1989 and 1990 seasons. Additionally, Hosp was named a 1989 NAIA All-American, after hitting .324. Pam helped to lead the Rangers to a lot of success as a team, including the 1987 District 14 Championship and the 1989 District 14 Championship, the Bi-District 6 Championship. The 1989 team also finished fifth at the NAIA National Tournament. Additionally, Pam was part of the 1990 team that went 44-15, which was the best in program history at the time.
