HEAR FROM COACH MAAS
"Honestly, it was not the best weather conditions for us today, typical Wisconsin weather where we had sunshine, rain, sleet, cold, warmth, all of the above. Our team did not let that bother them though and I weel that we rose above the conditions and performed really well. Our outstanding athletes of the meet were Emily [Maynard], who set PR's in both discus and javelin, and Ellery [Pleier], who set a PR of over 30 seconds in the 5k. And we always do a Ranger of the Meet, someone who shows our spirit of what it means to be a Ranger.
Katherine Sim went through a nasty injury during cross country season and was able to finally come back and help pace one of her teammates today in the 5k. Overall, it was a pretty productive Saturday for the Rangers."
