The Parkside track & field team wrapped up day three at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championships on Friday, May 5 in Grand Rapids, Mich. The Rangers came away with an incredible team performance, with the women's team scoring their highest point total at a conference championship meet in 18 years and the men earning the highest team score in program history.

POINT SCORERS FOR THE WOMEN'S TEAM
Katja Baeuerle placed second in both the 800m and 1,500m finals. She ran 4:27.01 and followed it up with a 2:11.21 in the 800. Both times were NCAA provisional qualifiers.

Rachel Blaskowski placed third in the 100m dash, breaking the school record with a time of 12.10 seconds.

Victoria Lendal placed fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 11.14 meters.
Mckenna Armstrong place fifth at 10.84 meters.

Grace Mildice finished fifth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.85

The 4x400m relay, composed of
Sonja Mitrovic, G. Mildice, R. Blaskowski, and K. Baeuerle, placed fifth with a 4:02.15 performance.

The 4x100m relay, which featured
Emily Mikkelson,
Arianah Carroll, V. Lendal and R. Blaskowski, finished sixth with a time of 49.58.

Michelle Barnvos earned a sixth place finish in the discus with a throw of 37.53 meters.

Iyana Simmons placed seventh in the high jump, clearing 1.56 meters.

S. Mitrovic placed eighth in the 400m with a time of 59.17

POINT SCORERS FOR THE MEN'S TEAM
Sean Waldvogel placed second in the 800m with a time of 1:53.01.

Nic Davy placed third in the 100m and 200m finals. He clocked a 10.55 in the 100m, before finishing in 21.52 in the 200m.

Tommy Martin placed third in the 400m, running 49.31 in the finals.
Fischer Schneider placed eighth with a time of 51.45.

The 4x100m relay team, which featured
Khalil McLain,
Brody Nyffenegger,
Zachary Neumann, and N. Davy, earned a third-place finish with a combined 41.81.

The 4x400m relay team, made up of T. Martin, N. Davy,
Michael Cabaltera, and S. Waldvogel, finished third in 3:21.23.

Walker Miller used a strong final lap to earn a fourth-place finish in the 5,000m with a time of 15:09.74.
Grady Davis finished seventh with a time of 15:17.04.

Simon Dominic finished fourth in the high jump, clearing 1.90 meters. He went on to finish fifth in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.99.

Brody Nyffenegger placed fourth in the triple jump with a jump of 12.94 meters.
Riley Williams came in fifth place with a jump of 12.77 meters.

Michael Hendrix placed fifth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.13. He also placed eighth in the pole vault by clearing 4.36 meters.
