KANSASVILLE, Wis. -- Wisconsin-Parkside freshman
Kevin Hershberger fired a one-over par 73 leading the Rangers to a 314-314 dual match tie with St. Joseph's on Sunday at the Brighton Dale Links White Course.
Hershberger had the lowest round of any of the competitors and was one of two UWP golfers under 80 on the par-72, 6,977-yard layout.
Danny Wojtowicz had a 79 to finish second among the UWP players.
Joe Bodahl shot an 80 and was third for Wisconsin-Parkside, while
Matt Hardin shot an 82 and was the fourth place UWP finisher.
Adam Vanderheyden rounded out the Ranger contingent as he shot an 84.
James O'Donnell, who was competing individually on the day, shot a 75 over his 18 holes of play.
Granthem Beck,
Ian Nebendahl and
Tyler Egnarski each shot an 81 for the Rangers.
Daniel DePrey fired an 84 and
Holden Ohlsen had an 87.
Landon Price led St. Joseph's as she shot a 76, while Grant Doyle was second on the Pumas with a 77. Justin Bowman shot an 80, while Mitch Hockman had an 81 and Blake Hoover posted a score of 88.
