OSHKOSH, Wis. – The Parkside Rangers women's track and field turned in an impressive weekend at the UW-Oshkosh Invite and Multi, highlighted by multiple event victories and another record-breaking performance.
On the track, Anna Snorek led the sprint group with a first-place finish with a school record setting time in the 100 meters (11.99) after posting the top time in prelims (11.90). Mayda Conrad added an eighth-place finish in the finals (12.69).
In the hurdles, Miranda Winkler placed fifth in the 100-meter hurdles (15.22) and later added a third-place finish in the triple jump (11.36m).
Anna Snorek also starred in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing second in 1:05.41, while Addison Stallings (5th, 1:06.17) and Jasmine Sieben (6th, 1:06.73) added strong performances.
In the 400 meters, Madison Perez placed third (1:02.60), while Jacy Boberg finished 10th (1:05.01).
The distance group delivered standout results in the 1500 meters, led by Johanna Ebert, who captured the event title in 4:35.72. Alyson Moore followed with a second-place finish (4:50.06), while Audrey Amaya (6th, 5:00.64) and Addison Lacy (7th, 5:02.52) also placed in the top 10.
In the 5000 meters, Abby Robson placed second (19:28.89) and Riley Doyle took third (19:42.92).
In the field events, Hannah Vlies continued her record-breaking season, setting a new school record in the hammer throw for the third consecutive meet with a mark of 45.54 meters to place seventh. She also added a fourth-place finish in the shot put with a school record setting mark of (11.88m).
Nailah Taylor claimed first place in the high jump, clearing 1.65 meters, while Delaney McMahon placed seventh (1.50m).
Rachel Blaskowski captured the long jump title with a mark of 5.61 meters.
In the triple jump, Winkler led the way (3rd, 11.36m), followed by Avah Banks in sixth (11.06m) and Jazai Lopez in ninth (10.48m).
In the pole vault, Kalista Butkiewicz placed fourth (3.23m) and Harley Wock finished seventh (3.23m).
In the javelin, Shelby Hanshaw recorded a third-place finish (32.77m), while Avah Banks added a ninth-place mark (26.33m).
The Rangers also saw success in the heptathlon, where Lainey Fredrick placed third with 3,795 points.
Parkside will be back in action April 16–18, with part of the squad traveling to Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, while the rest of the team competes at the Phil Esten Challenge in La Crosse. Links to coverage can be found at ParksideRangers.com/coverage.
