NEW ORLEANS – Five members of the Parkside Rangers track and field program were named All-Region for the 2026 outdoor season by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Wednesday.
On the women's side,
Johanna Ebert and
Nailah Taylor both earned All-Region honors. Ebert earned the honor in the 3000-meter steeplechase, while Taylor earned hers in the high jump.
On the men's side,
Doug Martin,
Cayton Cratch and
Michael Hendrix were named to the All-Region team. Martin and Cratch earned their honor in the 800 meters, while Hendrix earned his honor in the 400-meter hurdles.
The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association awards All-Region honors to the top five individuals in each event within their respective region, along with members of the region's top three relay teams.
Ebert ranks second in the region in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:22.50. Taylor is fourth in the region with a mark of 1.70m in the high jump.
Martin is third in the 800 meters with a time of 1:48.63, while Cratch is fifth with a time of 1:48.74. Hendrix is second in the region in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 51.25.
