BOSTON, Mass. — Two members of the Parkside women's track and field team tested themselves against elite national competition on Friday at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, one of the premier indoor meets in the country featuring Division I, Division II, and professional athletes.

Johanna Ebert finished 68th in the mile with a time of 5:04.38. Her fastest lap came on the final circuit at 36.22 seconds.

Abbi Steiner placed 67th in the 3000 meters, crossing the line in 9:51.23. Her fastest lap was the fourth at 38.34 seconds.

The rest of the Rangers return to action tomorrow at the first home meet of the season, the Lake Michigan Invite, in Kenosha. Links to results can be found at ParksideRangers.com.
