KENOSHA, Wis.- The number three ranked Parkside Rangers defeated Minot State in a dominant fashion Friday night by a score of 56-0. Moving to 3-1 in NSIC competition. The win was powered by seven falls and is the largest margin of victory over the Beavers in history.
No.2 ranked
Shane Corrigan started the night defeating Cole Faircloth by fall at 1:53 in the 125lbs bout, adding six points to the Rangers score.
At 133lbs
Elon Rodriguez won by fall over Dylan McDonald at 1:12, claiming six points for the Rangers, making it 12-0.
Troy Dolphin won by a forfeit at 141lbs, securing six team points for the Rangers.Â

Jalen Spuhler took down Guerrero Brayden by fall at 2:15, acquiring six more points for the Rangers, improving the overall score to 24-0.

Easton Worachek had the fourth fall of the night for Parkside over Roman Leifridt at 1:42, making the total score 30-0.
At 165lbs No.6
Brody Hemauer started the second half of the dual off strong with another fall for the Rangers. He was victorious over Daniels Bendiks at 2:48, claiming six total points, with the overall score at 36-0.
In the 174lbs bout, No.5
Dajun Johnson won in a 6-9 decision win over Gavin Turk. In the third period, Johnson earned an escape point followed by a penalty point. He then received three points for a takedown and one for riding time, adding three points to the overall score, totaling 39-0.
Sam Schwabe picked up another win for the Rangers at 184lbs, with a 19-3 tech fall at 4:40 over Payton Wayman. In the first period, Schwabe earned an escape point, followed be three takedown points. He then earned 3 near fall points, then an additional four. In the second period Sam received another escape point, three points for a takedown and to close out the bout, four near fall points. He added five more points to the overall score, making it 44-0.
Jordan Blanchard claimed victory over Shafer Ehmke in the sixth fall of the night for the Rangers over Shafer Ehmke at 2:02, earning six points with the overall score at 50-0.

Cooper Caraway picked up the seventh win by at 285lbs over Braxton Rance at 1:53. He added six more points to the final score, totaling 56-0.
After defeating Minot State, the Rangers improved to an 8–2 overall record, including a 3–1 mark in NSIC conference competition, while also moving to 5–0 all-time against the Beavers. Parkside will be back on the road next weekend, facing Northern State at 5:00 p.m. on January 24 before taking on the University of Jamestown at 2:00 p.m. on January 25.
