SOMERS, Wis. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced the recipients of its 2024-25 academic awards, and Parkside Men's Basketball was honored for its outstanding academic performance at both the team and individual levels.

Parkside earned the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, which recognizes programs that completed the academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. This award reflects the Rangers' ongoing dedication to academic success and their commitment to excellence beyond the hardwood.

In addition to the team recognition, five Parkside student-athletes were named to the NABC Honors Court, which honors junior, senior, and graduate student-athletes who finished the 2024-25 academic year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. CJ Boberek, Ethan Ivan, Josiah Palmer, Nick Brown, and Sam Lootens were all recognized for their achievements in the classroom.

The NABC's academic awards are presented annually to teams and players from all levels of college basketball, highlighting a shared commitment to academic excellence across the sport.
