NEW ORLEANS – All-Region honorees for the 2025 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field season were announced on Tuesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) and Parkside Track & Field's Rachel Blaskowski, Essence Burrows, and Nailah Taylor were honored.
"I'm pretty excited by the fact that we have three amazing jumpers represented on the All-Region list," said Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Nick Maas. "Rachel, Essence and Nailah all work very hard and deserve recognition for their hard work! It also shows how strong our jumps crew is, which has been an exciting work in progress the last few years."
The top-5 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-3 relay teams.
Blaskowski, the Parkside record holder in the long jump earns All-Region recognition again for her performance this season. Blaskowski had the second best jump in the Midwest region this season with a mark of 6.05m. She also qualified for the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships.
Taylor, the Parkside record holder in the high jump, earns All-Region recognition for the first time. She had the second highest jump in the Midwest region this indoor season with a mark of 1.70m.
Burrows earns her first All-Region award after burning home multiple major awards at the GLIAC Championships. Her mark of 11.85m was the third longest in the Midwest region this season.
