LEMONT, Ill. – The Parkside women's golf team continued its strong fall season with a third-place finish at the 2025 Flyers Fall Intercollegiate, held over two days at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club on the Ravines Course. The Rangers posted a 54-hole team score of 977 (+113) to secure their third place finish.
As a team, Parkside ranked third in both par-3 and par-5 scoring and tied for third in total birdies with 18.
Freshman Lily Zicarelli led the way with her first collegiate top-10 finish, placing in a tie for ninth at +22 (83-77-78). Zicarelli was outstanding on the par-3 holes, playing them in just one over par across the tournament—the second-best mark in the field.
Junior AJ Powell tied for 18th at +28 (81-81-82), tallying five birdies throughout the event. Dulce Gefke finished 26th at +31 (82-82-83) and contributed three birdies.
Sarah Arsich tied for 30th at +38 (89-83-82), while Stella Ruffalo tied for 33rd at +43 (81-86-92). Ruffalo's opening-round 81 included her best nine-hole stretch as a Ranger, firing a one-under 35 on the front nine with three birdies.
The Rangers return to action on October 11 at the Panther Invitational, hosted at Stonehedge North Golf Course in Augusta, Michigan.
