KENOSHA, Wis. -- Parkside Athletics is proud to honor the Ranger Hall of Fame Class of 2025, which includes seven individuals and one team. The Class of 2025 will officially be inducted during a ceremony inside DeSimone Arena on Saturday, October 4. Leading up to the event, we are highlighting each of this year's inductees, and today we recognize former women's basketball standout Heather Bogenschneider.
Bogenschneider played for the Rangers from 1994 to 1998, leaving a lasting mark on the program as both a three-time All-Conference selection and a team captain. At the time of her graduation, she ranked second in program history with 1,293 career points. She remains one of just 19 players in Parkside history to surpass the 1,000-point milestone and currently sits eighth on the program's all-time scoring list.
In addition to her scoring ability, Bogenschneider was a well-rounded contributor who surpassed 500 career rebounds, recorded 175 steals to rank sixth in program history, and connected on 596 field goals, a mark that stands fifth all-time. Her combination of leadership, consistency, and production made her one of the top players of her era and a key figure in Parkside women's basketball history.
Heather Bogenschneider's achievements on the court and her impact as a leader secure her place among the legends of Ranger Athletics as a member of the Hall of Fame Class of 2025.
The Hall of Fame Class of 2025 will be inducted on Saturday, October 4, in DeSimone Arena, and we look forward to celebrating the lasting impact of these Rangers on our athletic history.
