KENOSHA, Wis. -- The Parkside women's basketball team will hit the road to play in their final two regular season games. The Rangers will face Ferris State and Lake Superior State on Thursday and Saturday. Thursday's battle will be in Big Rapids against Ferris State with tip scheduled for 5:30 p.m. EST. The Rangers will then round the regular season out in Sault Ste. Marie against Lake Superior State. Tip off versus the Lakers is scheduled 1 p.m. EST. Coverage for both games will be available at

- The Rangers are coming off their final regular season home game against PNW. The Rangers showed out in De Simone Arena on Senior Day. Paty Gallasova and Gabriela Loiz were honored prior to the game and then proceeded to put on a show on the court. Gallasova poured in a season high 20 points while Loiz tied her season high of 18. The Rangers handled business against the Pride, winning 99-80.
- Entering these final two regular season games the Rangers have clinched their spot in the GLIAC Tournament. Parkside currently sits in fifth place and will look to win out the final two games to have a chance to host a quarter final. The Rangers will need some help from Michigan Tech to go 1-1 while the Rangers win out to secure the No. 4 seed and host a quarterfinal.

Scouting Ferris State
The Rangers and Bulldogs last faced off in December where the Rangers upset the Bulldogs in De Simone Arena 79-70.

Since playing the Rangers the Bulldogs have gone 14-3, dropping games to Daemen College, Saginaw Valley State, and Grand Valley State. In their last five games the Bulldogs have gone just 3-2. Leading the way for the Bulldogs is the combination of Chloe Idoni, Kadyn Blanchard, and Mallory McCartney. All three Bulldogs average double figures with Idoni leading the way with 15.4 ppg. Idoni was voted GLIAC Preseason Player of the Year.
Series History
Parkside will look to even the all time series at eight as Ferris State holds the 8-7 advantage. The Rangers will look to sweep the Bulldogs for the second consecutive season and the second time overall.
Scouting Lake Superior State
The Lakers are in the same boat as Ferris State, as they haven't faced Parkside since December. The Rangers played the Lakers in the GLIAC opener and handled business topping them 90-49.

The Lakers have struggled since playing the Rangers as they have won just two games. LSSU is led by sophomore Grace Bradford who is averaging 11.8 ppg, the most on the team. In her last three games alone she is averaging 14 ppg, inlcuding an 18 point performance in their victory over Davenport.
