LEMONT, Ill. --- The Parkside Men's Golf Team returned to the course on Tuesday for the second round of the Flyer Intercollegiate. The Men's portion of the event was hosted on Dubsdread at Cog Hill Golf and Country Club. This course is widely known for hosting a U.S. Amateur Championship in 1997 and the BMW Championship in 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011. The Rangers led by eight shots as a team after day one, but were unable to keep the top spot, finishing second as a team.
Andrew Conrad came from behind on Tuesday, moving up two spots to secure his first-ever collegiate win.

The Rangers finished in second place as a team with a team score of +28 (292, 312). The team fell one shot short on Tuesday of Aurora University.

Andrew Conrad finished The Flyer Intercollegiate with an impressive individual victory after shooting a score of +1 (73) on Tuesday. It was Conrad's first individual victory and his highest accomplishment of his collegiate career thus far. Conrad had an eagle on the Par-5 5
th hole today and a clutch birdie on the 15
th hole to propel himself into contention. Despite a late double bogey on hole 18, the +1 finish was enough to secure the first place finish in the file of over 90 golfers.

Peter Blazevic completed round two with a score of 76 (+4). His finish of +3 (71, 76) was enough to secure his third straight top-five finish this season. Blazevic, like his fellow teammate Conrad, eagled the par-5 5
th hole after hitting an 8-iron from 163 yards to within a few feet from the pin.Â

Hayden Underhill ended his day with a final score of 81 (+9). His overall score of +9 after two days was enough to secure a top-20 finish. Underhill had two birdies on his back nine (hole 11 and hole 14) to finish strong.

Landen Savage finished Tuesday with a score of 82 (+10). Savage finished in a tie for 46
th place with a two-day score of +15 (77, 82). The freshman had a solid birdie on the par-4 1
st hole today after hitting his approach to within a few feet of the tucked pin location.

Aleck Simms ended his round on Tuesday with a score of 82 (+10. The third year finished in a tie for 58
th place overall with a total score of +18 (80, 82).Â
