LEMONT, Ill. – The Parkside men's golf team returned to action in their second tournament of the year on Monday afternoon, competing in the first round of the Flyer Intercollegiate, held at Cog Hill Country Club. Action took place on the Ravines course.
 
The Rangers sit in eighth place as a team after the opening day, posting a team score of +20 (308).
 
Hayden Underhill posted the best round of the day for the Rangers, recording a +4 (76). He sits in a tie for 26^th. Andrew Conrad, Tanner Olson and TJ Floberg who is competing as an individual posted +5 (77), which puts all three in a tie for 32^nd.
 
Peter Blazevic sits tied for 36^th after posting a +6 (78). He had the most birdies of the day for Parkside, posting five. He played the three par 5's in two under. Matt Marsollek is tied for 54^th after posting +9 (81).
 
The Rangers will return to action in the final round of the Flyer Intercollegiate on Tuesday morning. Action is set to begin at 9:30am from Cog Hill. Links to live results can be found at ParksideRangers.com/coverage.
