KENOSHA, Wis – The Parkside Wrestling team continued their dominance on Friday in De Simone Arena against the #20 Northern State Wolves as they win 24-10. All four ranked wrestlers earned a win to move the Rangers to 2-0 in duals on the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Rangers got their night started strong in the 125-pound weight class with freshman
Shane Corrigan who came away with a dominant 9-4 decision over Landen Fischer of Northern State. Corrigan moves to an impressive 11-2 on the season. At 133-pounds sophomore
Joey Roti came out on top in a close battle as he took home a 3-1 decision to improve to 8-3 on the season. At 141-pounds redshirt sophomore
Cayden Henschel kept the Rangers streak going as he remained undefeated on the season following a 9-1 major decision. Henschel earned his second major decision of the season, helping the Rangers to extend their lead to 10-0.

Jalen Spuhler took on the #11 ranked Wyatt Turnquist at 149-pounds. Spuhler fell in a match that was close throughout, by a 9-4 decision, giving the Wolves their first points of the night. At 157-pounds, newly ranked #10 redshirt sophomore
Ben Durocher improved to 6-1 on the season following a 4-1 decision. Ranked #1 at 165-pounds, redshirt senior
Shane Gantz also remained perfect on Friday as he defeated Chase Bloomquist of Northern State by 5-2 decision. Gantz is now 11-0 on the season his win extended the Ranger lead to 16-3. Northern State began to battle back in the 174-pound match as redshirt junior
Eric Bauer could not overcome an early deficit falling by a 5-2 decision.
Ranked #4 at 185-pounds, redshirt sophomore
Reece Worachek got back into stride with a 12-3 major decision, earning four more points for the Rangers to extend the lead to 20-6. Worachek moved to 9-2 on the young season in his fourth major decision of the year. Sophomore
Crosby Schlosser, who normally competes at 174-pounds, wrestled at 197 for the Rangers but fell in a 14-3 major decision. Rounding out the night for the Rangers was #12 ranked redshirt-sophomore
Lloyd Reynolds. Reynolds who became ranked on Friday, improved to 12-0 on the season as he clinched the win for the team with a 14-5 major decision. The Rangers took home the win by a score of 24-10.
