Parkside Athletics Announces Jemma Fiehweg as Associate Athletic Director for Partnerships and Development

KENOSHA, Wis. – Parkside Athletics has announced the hiring of Jemma Fiehweg as the department's new Associate Athletic Director for Partnerships and Development. Fiehweg will oversee corporate partnerships, sponsorship development, and external revenue initiatives while helping strengthen the department's engagement with the community and corporate partners.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jemma to the Ranger Family," said Director of Athletics Adam Schemm '08 She has a proven track record of working with the community in southeastern Wisconsin and generating revenue that will allow us to continue to move Parkside Athletics forward."
 
Fiehweg joins Parkside after serving as Senior Corporate Account Manager with the Kenosha Kingfish, where she was responsible for selling sponsorship and group ticket packages while managing relationships with corporate partners. In 2025, she increased her personal sales by 55 percent from the previous year, finishing with $475,000 in total sales. She also supervised ticket staff and seasonal employees while coordinating client experiences from the initial contact through game day execution.

During her time with the Kingfish, Fiehweg was recognized for her performance and leadership, earning a Team Member of the Year nomination for the Northwoods League in 2025.

Prior to her role with the Kingfish, Fiehweg gained athletics and sports industry experience through several positions, including working with Aurora University Athletics as a graphic design intern and student worker where she created gameday, score, and player of the week graphics across multiple sports while meeting strict production deadlines. She also served as an athletic department and media intern at Waubonsee Community College Athletics, assisting with graphics, operations, marketing, and community relations initiatives.
 
Fiehweg also gained professional sports experience as part of the game presentation team for the Chicago Bears, helping with the setup and execution of in-game entertainment and fan engagement, and previously completed a summer internship with the Milwaukee Milkmen, where she rotated through entertainment, operations, and fan relations roles.
 
A Waterford, Wisconsin native, Fiehweg earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Aurora University in 2022. She later completed her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Sport Management from Aurora in 2023. While at Aurora, she was a four year starter for the university's softball team and served as vice president of the Human Performance Club. She was also a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and a recipient of the Dunham Scholarship.
 
Fiehweg will begin her role with Parkside Athletics on March 23rd.
