LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The NFCA has announced the 2025 Midwest All-Region Team. Parkside's Mia Johnson has been selected at the third base position.
 
The awards honor softball student-athletes from the Association's eight regions with first and second-team selections. NFCA member head coaches from each respective region nominated their student-athletes and voted for the teams. All the honorees are now eligible for selection to the 2025 NFCA Division II All-America squads.
 
Johnson, the GLIAC Softball Player of the Year, had a tremendous season leading to her All-Region selection. The junior capped off her season with 17 homeruns, 43 RBIs, while recording 55 hits. She started in all 54 games for the Rangers while slashing a .348 average and a phenomenal 1.297 OPS.
