KENOSHA, Wis. – Parkside softball standout Mia Johnson has been named a Third Team All-American at third base by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), and the Divsion II Conference Comissioners Association (D2CCA).
Johnson started all 53 games for the Rangers in 2025, delivering a season for the record books. She hit .348 with 55 hits, including 17 home runs, 14 doubles, and 3 triples, while driving in 43 RBI's and scoring 48 runs. Her 17 home runs rank as the second most in a single season in Parkside softball history.
She finished the season with an eye-popping .797 slugging percentage and a .493 on-base percentage, and was a perfect 5-for-5 in stolen bases.
Her powerful offensive production and defensive consistency earned her a long list of honors, including back-to-back GLIAC Player of the Year awards (2024, 2025) and First Team All-GLIAC selections both seasons. She was also named First Team All-Midwest Region by both the NFCA and D2CCCA.
On the national stage, Johnson ranked 10th in NCAA Division II in home runs, and led the GLIAC in home runs, runs scored, on-base percentage, runs per game, slugging percentage, and total bases.
With her All-American nod, Johnson cements her place among the elite players in Division II and continues to build a legacy.
