KENOSHA, Wis. -- The Parkside men's track and field team hosted their first of two home indoor meets on Saturday afternoon, hosting the Lake Michigan Open. The Rangers put together multiple impressive performances, claiming the team title.

Sophomore
Brody Nyffenegger won the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.56 seconds. He also had a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 6.13 meters, where he finished fifth.

Zachary Neumann finished second in the 200 meters with a time of 23.67. The Rangers had two individuals score in the 400 meters with
Fischer Schneider and
Josh McLinn finishing third and fifth respectively.

The Rangers took five of the top six spots in the 800 meters.
Sean Waldvogel led the way winning the event, followed by
Michael Cabaltera,
Tommy Martin,
Jack Allen, and
Max Silkey.

Austin Depuydt led a strong Ranger showing in the mile. The junior won the event with a time of 4:19.27.
Grady Davis finished second and
Wil Kiley finished third.

Michael Hendrix won the pole vault for Parkside, recording a mark of 4.15m.
Daksh Arora finished second and
Jared Furman finished third. Parkside had three score in the long jump, led by second and third-place finishes by
Aaron Mueller and
Thomas Doherty.

In the triple jump,
Riley Williams finished second with a mark of 12.44 and
Jack Lehocky finished third with a mark of 12.12m.
