KENOSHA, WI - Parkside competed in their third straight game at home on Tuesday night, welcoming Purdue University Northwest into De Simone Arena. The Rangers once again handled business behind a lethal balanced offensive attack, defeating the Pride by a final score of 3-1.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
Parkside steam rolled through the first two sets, winning both by at least three points. The Rangers served at an impressive rate, tallying six through set two. They finished with twelve overall. Natalie Harris led the charge on the defensive side, setting a new Rangers season high in digs.
After dropping the third set, Parkside came rumbling out of the gates with a dominant fourth set win. Freshman
Sam Fisch, racked up seven terminations in the set alone. The team hit (.300) flat in the fourth set. Parkside closed out the contest in four sets, (25-21, 25-22, 25-27, 25-16).
Parkside is off to their best start since joining the GLIAC in 2018. They are an impressive (6-1) when playing at home, and are tied for second place at (4-1) in conference.
