MEN'S & WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY
The Rangers kick off home competition on Friday, September 1st as the men's and women's cross country team hosts the Vic Godfrey Open on the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course. The men's program is coming off a season where they finished 5th in the GLIAC championships and the women's program finishing 9th with Katja Bauerle finishing 14th and earning Second Team All-GLIAC honors. MEN'S & WOMEN'S SOCCER
The men's soccer home opener will take place at Wood Road Field on Friday, September 8th as they take on University of Illinois Springfield and the women's home opener will take place on Friday, September 22 as they square off against Davenport University. The men are coming off a year where they made it to the Sweet Sixteen in the NCAA Division-ll tournament. The women's program is bringing back a strong line-up in 2023 after loosing only 5 seniors. CALLING ALL ALUMNI - On Sunday, September 24, you are invited back to Wood Road Field for Alumni Day as the women take on Grand Valley State University at 12:00PM and the men against Northern Michigan University at 2:30PM. VOLLEYBALL
Volleyball hosts the Hampton Inn Invitational on September 7-9 in De Simone Arena, marking the fifth year that the Rangers have hosted the Invitational. On September 7, the Rangers will take on Truman State University at 6:00PM. Parkside begins day two at 11:00AM against Westminster College and then competing at 7:00PM against Winona State University. On the final day of competition, be sure to stop out and cheer on the Rangers as they take on Minnesota State University Moorhead at 5:00PM. CALLING ALL ALUMNI - On Saturday, September 23, you are invited back to De Simone Arena as the volleyball team takes on Northern Michigan University for a big GLIAC match-up. Questions? This year there will be full arena alcohol sales for all fans over 21 years of age which will be sold out of the Bear Club and in the concessions stand located on the concourse.
This year, Parkside Athletics has many group opportunities available to the public, including hosting parties of up to 45 people in the Educators Credit Union Suite or bringing a smaller group to The Bear Club to cheer on your Rangers just steps from the action.
