KENOSHA, Wis. - Nearly a year after the Parkside Track & Field team last competed at Petretti Fieldhouse, the Rangers were back in action as they hosted the first Parkside Triangular. Parkside hosted Milwaukee and Marquette, and will do so again on Saturday, Feb. 20 for the second Parkside Triangular.
FRIDAY'S RESULTS
On Friday, freshman
Alaura Busch and sophomore
Jared Furman competed in the pentathlon and heptathlon, respectively. Busch went on to break the school record in the pentathlon with 2,781 points as she won the high jump and the 800-meter run. Furman finished in second place with 2,947 points.

SATURDAY'S HIGHLIGHTS
- Men's
- Sophomore Thomas Doherty won the high jump with a mark of 6-feet 2.25-inches. Â
- Freshman Riley Williams third in the long jump with a mark of 19-feet 2.5-inches.
- Freshman Grady Davis took third in the men's mile with a time of 4:28.02.
- Junior Jacob Pigeon took fourth in the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.59 and third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.81.
- Parkside's 4x400 team made up of Pigeon, senior Sean Masterson, junior Ramon Romero, and freshman Josh McLinn took second with a time 3:37.30.

Parkside is right back in action next Friday and Saturday at the GVSU Big Meet in Allendale, Mich. Part of the team will also be competing at the Milwaukee Triangular hosted by UW-Milwaukee on Sunday, Feb. 14.
