Box Score Ferris State 91, Parkside 68
The Parkside men's basketball team finished off their weekend road trip with a game against the Ferris State Bulldogs. The game was equally matched throughout the first half, but stellar shooting led the way to a blowout win for the Bulldogs.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The first half was full of back and forth action, with the largest lead being just six points in favor of the Bulldogs. The two teams went into the half tied at 39. The Bulldogs were able to get the hot hand in the second half, going on a 23-0 run to blow the game wide open. The Bulldogs closed out the final ten and a half minutes on a 29-9 run to close out the game.
A LOOK AT THE BOX SCORE
Freshman
Rasheed Bello led the Rangers in points with 16. He also totaled three rebounds and two assists. Redshirt-sophomore
Vinson Sigmon Jr. and redshirt-freshman
Colin O'Rourke each scored 12 points, while redshirt-freshman
Jamir Simpson scored 11. Walt Kelser led the way for the Bulldogs with 19 points.
