KENOSHA, Wis. – The Parkside men's basketball team will take the floor against the University of Wisconsin on Saturday, Oct. 10, when the Rangers travel to the Kohl Center in Madison for an exhibition matchup against the Badgers. Opening tip is scheduled for noon. All tickets are $9.

The contest will provide Parkside with an opportunity to compete against a Big Ten opponent while also marking a homecoming for Rangers head coach Kyle Blackbourn.

Blackbourn spent eight seasons on the Wisconsin men's basketball staff under head coach Greg Gard. During his time in Madison, Blackbourn worked in several roles within the Badgers program and was part of a staff that helped capture Big Ten regular season championships in 2020 and 2022 and made five NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the Sweet 16 in 2017.
