KENOSHA, Wis. – Redshirt-freshman Brandon Hau was named the GLIAC North Player of the Week for the week of Jan. 27 to Feb. 3 following his standout performances against Northern Michigan and Michigan Tech.

Hau helped the Rangers earn home wins over Northern Michigan and Michigan Tech last week, seeing the team win their seventh straight home game on Saturday and six of their last seven games overall. The Mukwonago, Wis., native averaged 13.5 points and 7.0 rebounds. He scored 20 points and went 6-of-8 from the floor in the win over Michigan Tech while finishing with seven points and a team-high 11 rebounds in the win over NMU.
This next stretch of games will be huge for the Rangers, with four straight on the road starting with No. 25 Davenport on Feb. 7. Parkside will face GVSU on Feb. 9, a team they lost to earlier this year followed by Wayne State on Feb. 14 and No. 6 Ashland on Feb. 16. Parkside will return home on Feb. 21 against Lake Superior State for Retro Night.
