HEAR FROM COACH REIGEL
"The first half went very well because of our defense and we really did Defend The Den," head coach
Luke Reigel said. "It was good balance all the way around in the that first half and in the second half I thought we played our best basketball of the year in that first 6-8 minutes. We knew they were going to make a run and we had to hang on for dear life. I thought our guys showed a lot of guts at the end of the game."

FIRST HALF
The teams went even for the first 5:00, as they were knotted up at 10-10 early on.
Adam Bonk caught fire midway through the half, hitting three straight triples that brought Parkside out to a 4-point advantage and they wouldn't trail the rest of the way. A
Jonathan Morrobel 3-pointer made it a 12-point lead at the 2:28 mark and Parkside took a 39-28 lead into the locker room.
Â
SECOND HALF
In the second half, Parkside led by as many as 19 points on two occasions. Bonk hit another trey at the 10:20 mark that put the Rangers up 64-45 but the Timberwolves followed with a 8-0 run from 8:15 to 6:09 to make it a 9-point Parkside lead. With the game getting more physical towards the end, Northwood cut the lead to seven twice, but Parkside took care of the ball and iced the game away at the free-throw line down the stretch.
