KEEPING IT CLOSE
The Rangers hung in there in all three sets against Northwood, but couldn't get points when the team really needed them. Northwood won 25-20, 26-24, 28-26 over the Rangers. Parkside had late leads in both sets two and three, but Northwood was able to battle back.

A LOOK AT THE STATS
Team stats were very close at the end, with the Rangers leading in aces (6-4), blocks (5-4) and digs (54-48). Northwood had a big advantage in hitting percentage at .252, while Parkside finished at .147.
Lexie Calloway led the way with 13 kills while
Katie Adams had 12 kills and 3.0 blocks.
Alivia Marks had 3.0 blocks as well and
Emma Habisch led the team in assists with 21.

WHAT'S NEXT
The Rangers will make the short trip southeast to visit Purdue Northwest on Tuesday, Sept. 11 for a 7 p.m. match. Over the weekend, Parkside will hit the road and face Davenport on Friday and Grand Valley State on Saturday.
