SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Parkside men's basketball suffered a road loss Saturday afternoon to Drury, as the Panthers came away with a 74-57 win.

It was a struggle to score early for the both teams, as Parkside took an early 4-3 lead after the first media timeout. Drury followed that with a big 12-0 run to take a 15-4 lead with 11:56 to play before
Jameel Moore ended the run with a trey. The Panthers kept their lead in double-digits the rest of the first half and took a 39-26 into the locker room. Drury never let the Rangers get back into it, holding onto a double-digit lead the rest of the way and shutting down any attempt at a comeback.
Two Rangers finished in double-digits, as Moore led the way with 15 points and three steals while
Goran Zagorac added 13 points and seven rebounds. As a team, Parkside shot 44.9-percent while the Panthers shot 50-percent on the dot. Drury won the rebounding battle 36-22 and had 16 assists to the Rangers nine.
Parkside now enters the final week of its season, as the team will host Southern Indiana on Thursday, Feb. 22 for Senior Day.
