After Kyle Lamotte cut the Wisconsin-Parkside lead to 16-10 with a layup, the Rangers put together a 14-2 run to blow the game open.

A free throw by Woolridge at the 17:07 mark of the second period brought Northwood to within 39-20, but that would be as close as the Timberwolves would get for the remainder of the game.
