When was the last time you heard of a team shooting 57 percent from the floor and get beat by 19 points? The Rangers were the unfortunate answer to that question as the UW-Parkside offense kept up its end of the bargain; however, Lewis shot a white-hot 67 percent from the floor and made 13 three-point shots en route to a 101-82 victory.
The Flyers led by as man as 30 with 7:38 to go in the game.
Jason Genova was the Flyers' hottest shooter. He was 10-14 from the field including a 6-8 effort from behind the arc for a game-high 26 points. Dennis Thomas added 21 to the winning cause.
A total of six Flyer players reached double figures in scoring.
Dave Keane and DaMarcus Bell were a solid duo for the Rangers, scoring 23 and 20 points respectively. Keane made good on five three-point shots in 10 attempts.
