Leigh will begin an additional role as Special Advisor – Community Engagement & Leadership in 2024 while maintaining her role as Head Volleyball Coach. In this role, she will lead the department's community engagement and leadership efforts In this role, she will help cultivate community service opportunities for the department, lead staff and coaches' leadership training initiatives, and assist with special events. Barea enters her seventh year leading the Ranger Volleyball program.
