Hayley Treadway

Hayley (Ross) Treadway was promoted to Deputy Athletic Director in August of 2023, after serving as Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Student Success at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside since September of 2019.

In her role at Parkside, Treadway serves on the Senior Leadership team, providing strategic direction on all departmental initiatives and emerging issues.  Additionally, she is the chief compliance staff member, responsible for the holistic certification of eligibility, administration of financial aid, NCAA reporting and education and monitoring of all NCAA rules and regulations.  Treadway also serves as the Senior Woman Administrator, Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Athletics and serves as co-chair for the Athletics Gender Equity Task Force.  Treadway currently supervises 4 varsity sport programs (Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Softball, and Men’s Wrestling), in addition to all “Student Success” units; Academic Support, Student-Athlete Development, Sport Medicine, and Sport Performance.

Treadway currently serves on numerous GLIAC and NCAA committees, such as; The GLIAC Governance and Bylaw committee, the GLIAC Awards Committee, and the NCAA Division II Midwest Women’s Golf Regional Advisory Committee.  Additionally, Hayley was selected as the GLIAC representative on the NCAA Division II Thinktank in September 2024.  Treadway’s commitment to professional development was most recently displayed as a member of the 2023-24 cohort of the distinguished NCAA Pathway Program.

Prior to Parkside, Treadway served as Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Internal Operations/Senior Woman Administrator at the University of Illinois Springfield since 2011. Treadway holds a Bachelor’s of Science in PE: Sport Management, a Master’s of Science in Sport Administration, and a Juris Doctor degree all from Valparaiso University.  The Dartmouth, Massachusetts native currently resides in Kenosha with her husband Dustin, and two daughters; Lennon (9) and Hunter (5). In her spare time, Treadway fosters kittens for the Humane Society, tends to her vegetable garden, and is an avid live music fan
