Emelia Johnson joined Parkside Athletics as the Graduate Assistant for Student-Athlete Success in August of 2026.
Johnson assists with the department's student-athlete success initiatives, working to support Rangers in their academic development and overall collegiate experience.
Johnson arrives at Parkside after completing her undergraduate degree at Davis & Elkins College, where she was a member of the Senators' NCAA Division II women's lacrosse program. As a student-athlete, Johnson balanced a full academic course load with the demands of training, competition, travel, meetings and film study, developing experience in leadership, communication, teamwork and time management.
In addition to competing at Davis & Elkins, Johnson worked with the athletic department's game day operations staff.
