Dan Dresen

Dan Dresen was announced as the Assistant Coach for Parkside Volleyball in August of 2021.

The Racine, Wis., native spent the last three seasons as the head coach at NCAA Division III Alverno College in Milwaukee. Prior to his taking over as head coach, Dresen was a four-year member of the volleyball staff as an assistant coach and also served as the department's head golf coach for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.  

Since August of 2010, Dresen has also been the director of the Wisconsin Juniors Volleyball Club based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and served as the boys club director from 2012 through 2016. In June of 2019, Dresen was named as one of the top club volleyball coaches in the nation by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) as the 16s Coach of the Year. 

Dresen was a men's volleyball student-athlete at Quincy, where he ranked fourth in career assists following his graduation. 

Dresen graduated from Quincy University in May 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, before adding his Postgraduate Degree in Business Management at Durham University in Durham, England.
