Elizabeth Murray

Elizabeth Murray joins the Rangers in August of 2014 after spending the previous two seasons at the University of Sioux Falls.

While at Sioux Falls, Murray helped the Cougars break several offensive and pitching school records while engineering a 15-win improvement as the South Dakota institution made its first ever postseason play appearance. Under her direction, the Cougar pitching staff ranked in the top four in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference in strikeouts, hits, walks and earned run average with one student-athlete claiming the program's first ever All-Region accolade.

Murray played collegiately at Augustana College, helping the Vikings advance to the NCAA Division II College World Series in 2012. She was a three-time All-NSIC selection as a catcher and served as a team captain during her junior and senior seasons.

She owns a bachelors degree in sport management from Augustana and earned an MBA from Sioux Falls.
