2012 Outdoor: Personal Record for the 1500M run with a time of 3:59.00 and a Personal Record for the 3000 Steeple with a time of 9:04.32

2012 Indoor: Personal Record in the Mile with a time of 4:18.61, a Personal record in the 3000M run with a time of 8:36.48, and a Personal Record in the 5000M run with a time of 15:03.96

2011 Cross Country: Came back from injury to compete in four races for the Rangers ... Finished 12th at the GLVC Championships (25:18) to earn a spot on the All-Conference team ... Finished 35th at the NCAA Midwest Regional at Ferris State (33:29) ... Was 18th in his first meet back, the Rosa Invitational (28:22) ... Also competed at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational where he was second on the team and 118th overall.

2011 Outdoor: Had a stellar weekend at the GLVC Championships finishing second in the 3000m steeplechase (9:14.41), fifth in the 1500m run (3:59.42), seventh in the 5000m run (16:09.96), and was part of the 4 x 400m relay team that placed eighth.

2011 Indoor: Took third in the 3000m run at the GLVC Championships (8:39.68) ... Also placed in two relays at the GLVC Championships; second in the distance medley (10:18.13) and sixth in the 4 x 400m relay ... Placed third in the mile run at both the UWP Classic (4:26.47) and Carthage College Invite (4:27.28) ... Took fifth in the 3000m run at the Carthage College Tadd Metzger Invite (9:04.43).
