Mark Litton returns to UW-Parkside as the men's goalkeeper coach. Litton is a 1989 UW-Parkside graduate who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.

Litton played in goal for the Rangers and was tabbed an NAIA All-American in 1988, when he logged a stellar 0.683 goals against averrage. He was goalkeeper coach for UWP in 1993 and again from 1998-2000.

"I'm happy that he has returned," said UW-Parkside head coach Rick Kilps. "Having someone with his expertise work with our goalkeepers is a big plus."

Litton also coached at Concordia University from 1993-1996 and Marian College from 1989-1991. 

As a player, he was a goalkeeper for the Milwaukee Wave from 1989-1992 and again from 1993-1994.

"Mark has helped numerous goalkeepers improve their game and blossom at the position," noted Kilps. "He has a knack for working the player to the proper level. Our keepers have always walked away from a season with Mark knowing they were challenged."

Litton served as goalkeeper coach for the Wave and had a stint for the United States futsal team.

Litton still ranks seventh on the all-time UW-Parkside list for career minutes played with 3,863. He posted 21 career shutouts and logged a 1.23 career goals against average. He played for Coach Kilps.
