2011 Outdoor: Ran a leg in the 4 x 400 relay at the GLVC Championships, helping the Rangers to an eighth-place time ... Finished 14th in the 800m at the conference meet (1:58.45) ... Part of 12th place 4x400 team at North Central First Chance.

2011 Indoor: Took third in the 800m at the GLVC Championships (1:56.45) ... Won the 800m at both the UW-Parkside Classic (1:58.63) and the Cartage College Tadd Metzger Invite (1:59.46).

2010 Cross Country: Competed in two races in 2010 ... Ran a season-best 29:16.2 and took 62nd at the Lucian Rosa Race ... Ran the opening Midwest Invite in 30:00.6.

2009 Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 800 at the conference event (1:59.65) ... 4x400m relay team placed seventh in the same meet.

2009 Indoor: Took third in the 800m run (1:58.70) at the GLVC meet ... Part of 7th place 4x400 team at conference.

2008 Cross Country: Placed 66th at the GLVC meet.

High School: Eight-time state qualifier at Racine St. Catherine's High School...Helped the Angels to a pair of state championships in basketball.
