Voelker graduated from St. Norbert College in the spring of 2024 with Bachelor's Degrees in both Communication-Media and Marketing. While at St. Norbert, Voelker was a four-year letterwinner and two-year captain for Coach Gary Grzesk and the St. Norbert College Men’s Basketball team. Voelker was part of a pair of conference championship teams in his Sophomore and Junior years, reaching the round of 32 in the NCAA tournament during the 2022-2023 season. 

A Kiel, WI. native, Voelker played his high school basketball at Kiel High School.
