Biography

2015: Did not play.

2014: Played in 37 games for the Rangers this season and batted an average of .233. Bowers also tallied 12 runs, 24 hits, and 7 RBI. Also recorded a team-high 279 putouts and 19 fielding double plays for the Rangers.

Junior College: Saint Louis native Juan Bowers joins the Rangers after playing at Johnson County Community College in Kansas. The right-handed hitting infielder appeared in 19 games for the Cavaliers in 2013, hitting .200 with 91 putouts in the field.

High School: Bowers was a three-time First Team All-Conference selection at Trinity Catholic. As a junior he was named conference Co-MVP before earning Honorable Mention All-Metro and conference MVP honors as a senior, leading Trinity Catholic to a District Championship.
