Dave is entering his first season as an assistant coach for the Rangers staff where he will work primarily with the outfielders and hitters.
As a player, Watson began his college career at Triton College in River Grove, Illinois. At Triton, he earned All-Conference and All-Region honors. In 2008, Dave was named to the 2008 NJCAA Division I Preseason All -American Team. After Triton, Dave moved on to the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. During his 2010 season, he was named Third Team All-GLVC with a batting average of .352 while starting in all 52 games for the Rangers.
Dave is currently finishing his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management at UW-Parkside.
