ROCK ISLAND, Ill. — Parkside placed second with 95 points in the women's 6k on Saturday at the Brissman - Lundeen Invitational, led by Josie Kooima's fourth-place finish in 22:53.9. The second place team finish is the second team runner up finish of the season for the Rangers.

Kooima finished fourth in the 6K with a time of 22:53.9 and a 6:08.5 average mile. Her fourth place finish is her second top four finish of the season. Riley Doyle placed ninth in 23:28.5, averaging 6:17.7 per mile. Addison Lacy finished 21st in 24:19.4, while Abby Robson placed 29th in 24:34.3. Kylie Kwiatkowski rounded out the scoring for the Rangers with a 32nd place finish in 24:36.3.
