SCOUTING WINONA STATE:

Winona State wrapped up 2024 with a 6–8–2 overall record and a 5-8-1 mark in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) play, finishing 10th of the league standings. The Warriors defeated Parkside 1–0 last season on Sept. 13 in Winona, scoring in the 67th minute to edge the Rangers. All-time, Parkside leads the series 3-1 and is 2-0 when playing at Wood Road Field. Under second-year head coach Delaney Marier, the Warriors were picked to finish 10th in the NSIC preseason coaches' poll. Faith Quinn, a sophomore and Winona native, looks to lead the front-line attack for the Warriors after playing over 750 minutes last year, while junior Annika Groendal headlines the returners on defense.

SCOUTING LEWIS:

Lewis finished the 2024 season at 3–13–1 overall and 3-11 in Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) play. It marked the first time since the Spring of 2021 the Flyers finished without a winning record. The Flyers fell 1–0 to Parkside in Kenosha on Sept. 8, 2024, when freshman Ava Rizzitano netted the decisive goal in the 88th minute on an assist from Emily Mikkelson. Parkside leads in the all-time series 13–2–2 and the Rangers have won the last three straight meetings, including the last time they played in Romeoville in 2023. Under 19th-year head coach Chris Koenig, Lewis was voted 11th in the GLVC preseason coaches' poll. The Flyers return senior forward Breanna Culver, who led the Flyers with seven goals and was named All-GLVC Third Team.
