Eden Welling launched her first of two home runs, a two-run shot to center, stretching the lead to 5-0.
Parkside blew the game wide open in the fourth, plating six runs on four hits and taking advantage of a Ferris State error.

Toni Rodriguez added RBI hits, and
Rylee Baetz delivered a two-RBI single before Welling capped the outburst with her second home run of the game, a towering two-run blast to left center.
Welling finished with two home runs and four RBI, while Baetz, Medlin, and Polerecky each added multi-hit games for Parkside.
