The Rangers
The Rangers are coming off a 4-2 weekend at the Drury Classic. Parkside had several top performers including
Haley Remington who received GLIAC Softball Player of the Week honors. Remington batted .500 across six games, hit three home runs, and knocked in 10 RBIs.
Ellie Curtis had a dominate performance in the circle for the Rangers in their win over MSU Moorhead. Curtis would dish a no hitter in five innings of work as the Rangers would win 10-0.
Lincoln University of Missouri
The Blue Tigers enter the weekend with a 6-8 overall record after going 1-4 in the Branson Showcase. The Blue Tigers would face tough competition, facing No. 13 Central Oklahoma and the current 13-2 Winona State Warriors.
Their offense is led by Mackenzie Graham who has started all 14 contests for Lincoln of Missouri. Graham is swinging a .385 batting average heading into the weekend with a team leading six doubles and a home run to her ledger. Teammate Abbi Conrad adds speed to the base paths for the Blue Tigers having swiped eight bags already this season on eight attempts.
The Blue Tigers pitching staff has two pitchers with sub four ERAs. Abby Pulliam leads the way with a 4-2 record in the circle so far this season. She holds a 3.46 ERA entering the weekend and has struck out 30 batters already this season. Teammate Mallorey Rogers follows closely behind with a 3.67 ERA. She's tossed 26.2 innings of work striking out 11 batters and has allowed a .280 batting average.
