The Rangers are coming off an impressive quarterfinal win over Northern Michigan and carry strong momentum into Friday's matchup in Big Rapids.

Parkside's strengths have been on full display throughout the season. The Rangers rank first in the GLIAC in service aces with 194, consistently applying pressure and challenging opponents' passing systems. They also lead the conference in total assists (1,306) and assists per set (12.93), distributing the offense efficiently across all hitters. On the offensive side, Sam Fisch and Ava Irvin remain the team's primary scoring options, posting 354 and 330 kills, respectively, as Parkside's balanced attack continues to gain traction at the perfect time.

Wayne State, the tournament's second seed, enters the semifinals after sweeping No. 7 Michigan Tech in the quarterfinals.
