KENOSHA, Wis. —After a dominant showing at the 2025 Midwest Region Crossover Tournament, Parkside's Sam Fisch has been recognized for her outstanding play, earning both GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week honors and a spot on the Midwest Classic All-Tournament Team.

Fisch helped lead the Rangers to a strong 2–1 showing over the weekend, showcasing her efficiency and consistency on offense. She opened the tournament on Friday with a career-high .531 hitting percentage in a five-set battle against Northwood, then topped that mark the next day by hitting .571 in Parkside's sweep of Truman State.

Across the three matches, Fisch totaled 40 kills, averaging 3.64 kills per set while hitting an exceptional .508 for the tournament. She also contributed seven blocks, demonstrating her all-around impact at the net.

The Rangers return to action this weekend as they take on Lake Superior State on Friday at 6 p.m. in De Simone Arena.
