Inside the box score:

How it happened:
Parkside and Ferris State quickly entered an extremely physical and intense battle in Wisconsin. The Bulldogs jumped out to an 11-6 advantage after they came out shooting hot. Kendal Zeiter began a solid night in the first quarter, scoring four straight points on back-to-back layups. Once Parkside began to establish their presence inside, Chloe Van Zeeland arrived. Van Zeeland went on an 8-0 run by herself, boosting the Rangers to an 18-14 lead. They would take a one-point lead into the second quarter.

Ferris State found a solution to Parkside's interior attack and held them to just 13 second-quarter points. In the meantime, Ferris State continued to roll, knocking down another three triples in the quarter. Cassidy Arni revived Parkside at the end of the half, knocking down the team's first triple in the contest. Ferris State took a 36-31 lead into the break.

The third quarter was filled with fireworks as Parkside and Ferris State combined for 49 total points. After falling behind by seven points, Parkside finally found their stroke from beyond the arc, knocking down three consecutive three-pointers. Cassidy Arni, Chloe Van Zeeland, and Sheridan Flauger all connected synchronously. Peighton Nelson hit a nice turnaround shot afterward, capping an 11-0 Parkside run. However, Ferris State clapped back, regaining the lead on a trifecta of their own. They led 48-46 at the 4:38 mark.

The scoring was far from over in the quarter, as Jaelyn Derlein caught fire. She connected on back-to-back triples to give Parkside a 52-48 lead. Despite the hot streak from the home team, Ferris State didn't let up and matched Parkside, bringing a 60-56 lead into the final quarter.

Ferris State held Parkside to just 13 fourth-quarter points and rode the wave of momentum home to a victory on the road, 75-69. This snaps a five-game win streak for Parkside and drops their record to 10-4 overall and 5-2 in conference play.
