KENOSHA, Wis. – The Parkside women's soccer program returned to Wood Road Field on Sunday afternoon for a non-conference match up against St. Cloud State. The Rangers would fall to the Huskies in a close 1-0 scoreline.
"Obviously not the result we wanted today but all credit to a great St Cloud State team. There are definitely some things on both offense and defense we need to execute better moving forward but I've seen a lot of progress in our team as a whole and individually from week one to week two which is what we wanted out of the non-conference schedule. And now we will be putting in the work to be ready to start GLIAC play next Sunday," said head coach
Brittany Nikolic.
Inside the Box Score
- The Huskies put up five more shots than the Rangers 18-13. Parkside would manage to place just three of their 13 shots on goal.
